How To Configure An Outlook Account That Is Not Receiving Emails?

My outlook has stopped working new emails since 11/11. I did empty it substantially yesterday but still not working. Help me, please.

If you are able to send emails but cannot receive them, then there is a possibility that your DNS might not be working properly. If your C-Panel exceeded its disk quota, this can also prevent you from receiving emails or your account might be running under SMTP error, so you need to check all the mailing protocols in your mailing settings.

If your incoming email was working fine and suddenly stopped working, then the issue is probably one of the following:-

Email account over quota: - When you exceed the default email account space limitation.

-C-Panel over Quota: - If your C-Panel exceed the assigned quota.

-DNS causes:- Incorrect DNS records can also affect how the e-mail functions

-E-Mail Client Settings: - One of the most common reason is e-mail client setting. Make sure that your mailing server settings are correct.

Follow these basic and time-saving troubleshooting steps to solve this issue:

-Open Outlook.

-Go to Tools menu.

-Click on E-mail accounts.

-Select view or change existing e-mail accounts.

-Then click on Next.

-Double click on MSN E-Mail account.

-Check whether Incoming E-Mail is set to pop3.live.com

-Click on Cancel.

-Remove all custom filters that block incoming e-mail message to the folder on outlook on incoming mailing server.

These are the basic steps to follow in order to rectify this issue. Issues like this are very common and the troubleshooting steps are very easy to understand and execute.
